In doing pageant winner prediction, one has to really trust his/her instinct. Once I knew Valerie could win this, I immediately snapping as many photos of her as possible and in so many angles and moments. The photo below was not her winning reaction however, it was just her spontaneous reaction on stage once all the rounds of actions drew to a close. So I can conclude that Valerie is not just someone who is just pretty pretty, but she was also make her appearance felt by adding some action and she knows how to capture the stage moment.
